Pret A Manger slated to open at Hudson Yards Thursday, August 10th
To celebrate the grand opening, the first 150 guests will enjoy free lunch on Pret
Pret A Manger is opening in Hudson Yards this summer with its partner Dallas Holdings. Beginning Thursday, August 10th, visitors can find Pret’s organic coffee and freshly made food at The Shops and Restaurants at 20 Hudson Yards on Level 4 near the entrance to Edge.
Following the ribbon cutting ceremony at 11 AM on Thursday, Pret will be giving away free lunch to 150 guests on a first come, first served basis. Customers can choose one of Pret’s fan-favorite sandwiches, baguettes, wraps or salad recipes and one Barista-prepared drink while supplies last.
“We are thrilled to be opening in Hudson Yards with our franchisee partner Dallas Holdings,” says Jorrie Bruffett, President, Pret A Manger North America. “Between the premier office tenants and luxury shopping, Hudson Yards is the ideal location for the newest Pret. We are confident it will be a great success.”
Shane Thakrar, CEO & President of Dallas Holdings said: “Dallas Holdings is incredibly pleased to be opening our first New York location with Pret A Manger. Hudson Yards is a fantastic location with a great customer base for us to bring our offer to. We have a great team who are eager to provide an exceptional experience to all our customers. We look forward to opening additional locations in New York and California later this year”.
The shop will be open 9 AM-7:30 PM Monday-Saturday and 10 AM-6 PM on Sundays. The 1,456 square-foot shop will offer Pret’s full product range, including Pret’s new summer recipes and Pink Guava and Blueberry Lemonades. Pret Coffee Subscribers will also be able to redeem their Coffee Subscriptions at the new Hudson Yards shop, unlocking up to 5 drinks a day. Hudson Yards tenants can access exclusive discounts at this new shop and visitors can also look forward to exclusive perks and discounts in partnership with Edge.
